Booking and payment

Your booking is guaranteed once the 25% deposit is confirmed through Mercado Pago (Pix or card). The balance is paid at the store on the day of the session.

Until payment is completed, your spot is held for 15 minutes. After that it becomes available again.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund of the deposit to the original payment method.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows are not refunded.

Rain or bad weather is not a reason to cancel: the session goes ahead.

Participants

Sessions are for people aged 18 and over only. Each session takes up to 4 participants.

Privacy (LGPD)

We collect your name, email and phone number to make and manage your booking and to send confirmations and reminders. We do not sell your data.

To run the service we use providers that process data on our behalf: Mercado Pago (payment), Supabase and Vercel (hosting and database) and Resend (emails).

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to - or via WhatsApp 5548920037547.
